Assistent*in der Geschäftsführung

Tasks

  • Support in executing executive duties and managing new or unforeseen projects.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate events, serving as the primary contact for international collaboration.
  • Conduct research and prepare diverse materials to facilitate company activities.
  • Manage bookkeeping, reporting monthly charges and conducting expense maintenance.
  • Plan and oversee travel arrangements, both private and business-oriented.
  • Handle office upkeep and property management duties responsibly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and professional competency in English and German; Spanish is a big plus.
  • At least one year of experience as an assistant or in project management or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to anticipate needs.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid work permit in Austria.
  • Effective under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.

Salary

The minimum salary is 2,600 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.

Overtime

This is an all-in salary, which already includes any accrued overtime.
