Solution Architect (M/F/D)

Your mission

  • Architecture and Design: Lead the architecture and design of solution systems, including detailed documentation
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical teams of telecommunications operators to understand solutions and define technical integrations
  • Integration and Innovation: Support integration activities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements, while effectively managing customer expectations
  • Sales and Pre-Sales Support: Actively participate in sales calls and tenders as the lead technical resource, especially for complex technical requirements
  • Technical Advisory: Analyze and communicate the technical capabilities of cyan products compared to competitors, both internally and externally
  • Project Management: Collaborate closely with the product and customization department to deliver projects and Change Requests on time, within budget, and within the agreed scope
  • Technology Evaluations: Evaluate technologies based on product evolution requirements, customer projects, or operational support needs
  • Change Requests: Define and evaluate Change Requests for existing installations

Your profile

  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a technically oriented, client-facing role
  • Design, integration, deployment, testing knowledge/experience
  • Experience with integrating Single-Sign-On/SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
  • Preferred knowledge of Java and IT ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Web services, database structures, and SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aerospike, MongoDB)
  • Experience with Cloud architecture and cloud deployments (Amazon AWS, MS Azure, OpenStack) and container technologies
  • Advanced understanding of Research and Development Processes.
  • Verbal and written communication competencies in English (fluent) and German, Spanish or French is of advantage
  • Skills to solve problems arising from heterogenic environments, developing solutions as well as guiding and developing others.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, forecasting experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and take accountability for plans and results.

Salary

The minimum salary is 3,843 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The collective agreement Informationstechnologie, Datenverarbeitung (IT) applies.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
