Senior Full Stack Engineer

Tasks

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple AI-powered products, from initial concept and architecture to deployment and continuous optimization.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, RAG) to enhance product functionality, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust, market-ready solutions that meet customer demands.
• Own the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for new features and product lines.
• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to streamline development processes and boost product capabilities.
• Mentor teams in resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-stack software development, with strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, RAG) into production environments.
• Proven success designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep knowledge of version control workflows (e.g., GitLab) and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Fluent in English (German a plus), with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, agile startup setting.
• Passion for continuous learning and adapting to emerging technologies.

Salary

The salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 4,000 EUR und 5,000 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis).
