Franchise Lead Oncology (GU & GI Cancers)

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
  • Participation at regional brand meetings, understanding and translating the global product strategy into local priorities and the integrated business plan
  • Development, Implementation and tracking of digital campaigns, initiatives and materials directed at different internal and external stakeholders
  • Making sure sales teams understand the strategic imperatives and supporting them with necessary trainings, tools, and materials
  • Field visits on average 2 days a week including double visits with sales team collecting feedback on current programs and gaining customer insights, individual visit with relevant stakeholders aimed at co-developing materials or implementing specific programs
  • Forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses
  • Allocating resources and managing budgets
  • Participating in or leading cross functional workstreams of different nature
  • Coaching and guiding the BCM reporting to the franchise lead
  • Ensuring adequately staffed sales team with motivated and qualified employees by selecting, coaching, training, developing, rewarding, and retaining the right people
  • Leading and inspiring the sales team to ensure high individual and team performance
  • Creating an environment based on trust, un-waivered ethics & integrity, and open & honest communication

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University Degree in business or life sciences from accredited university
  • Leadership & People Management Experience (required)
  • Oncology knowledge & networks to local customers (required)
  • Strong understanding of Austrian healthcare system
  • Experience in Sales Management and Marketing and/or Account Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral in German and English)
  • Outstanding negotiation and project management skills
  • Excellent Budget management competency
  • Excellent power point and excel skills, other project management and digital effectiveness tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Sales Representative certification is an advantage

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 84.500.- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
