CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER (M/F/D) FOCUS ON MECHANICS

YOUR TASKS - WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Responsible for managing projects in the field of service and maintenance contracts
• Handling from quotation preparation through project execution to invoice processing
• Resolving customer-specific issues in mechanical environments
• Consulting and supporting customers both nationally and internationally
• Generating new and additional business for our service products and services
• Supporting service partners and employees of subsidiary companies

YOUR PROFILE - WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING:

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) in the field of mechatronics and/or mechanical and plant engineering
• Extensive training or experience in customer support
• Several years of professional experience in handling maintenance and service contracts in the hydro sector is advantageous
• Technical understanding, enjoyment in dealing with customers, and a solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in English
• 90% of processing and support is carried out from the location in Niederranna
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)

Our salary base is the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3.500 with possible overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
