Talent MANAGER (m/F/d)

Purpose of the Job

As a Talent Manager you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with top-tier executives and specialists worldwide while supporting and executing key talent management projects. You will be responsible for actively sourcing candidates, building and maintaining a talent pool, and contributing to the development of our talent management strategies. Your market analysis and foresight will be key to anticipating and meeting our future staffing needs promptly and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinking, strong business acumen, capability of building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving talent management initiatives that support our organizational goals.

Your task area

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and select top executive talent through various channels
  • Identify and actively engage with specialists and executives globally
  • Build and maintain an internal and external talent pool to ensure quick and efficient filling of open positions
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of talent management strategies
  • Support and manage talent management projects to anchor, strengthen and improve succession planning, talent mobility and talent retention.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (recruitment, headhunting and talent management) with focus on leadership, preferably in an international and industrial environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Strong business acumen and willingness to understand the business imperatives
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on mentality
