Job description

In your new role you will:

  • 3rd Level Support and Application/Platform Lifecycle Management in the area of Production Datawarehouse & Reporting Solutions
  • Continuous enhancement of our Production Reporting Platforms using various technologies (Oracle, Hadoop, Denodo, ...)
  • Define, design, build and enhance business intelligence solutions
  • Partner up with management, application owner, key business customer and team members for the delivery of regional / global services
  • Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
  • Incident and Problem Management to support our internal Infineon customers

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
  • Some years of work experience in the area of Information Technology/ Business Intelligence
  • Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database
  • Understanding of ETL technique, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Experienced in data warehousing projects is an added advantage
  • Good analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills in German and English

We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit is a prerequisite. Our partner offers a payment of 3.665,31 EUR (gross) per month (14 times p.a.) according to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
