Objective of the position:

Management of daily HR transactions and responsible for coordinating HR policies and guaranteeing adherence. Responsible for the monthly Payroll and all HR admin Processes (Onboarding, Trainings Plans etc).

Main tasks:

Payroll

  • Preparation of monthly payroll data for external payroll provider Checking monthly payroll done by the vendor
  • Ensuring that all payroll related queries from employees are answered within set SLA
  • Declaration of parental leave
  • Sending out the payroll calendar to CFO/ HRD
  • Payroll flow chart revision and Finance control process measures
  • Revision of monthly fleet management: driving bonus, wallbox e-charges

HR- Administration

  • Handling and ensuring that all employee data Workday is 100% accurate at any time.
  • Crafting employment contracts, amendments to contracts, Bonus Letters for sales, certificates of employment
  • Handling the hiring process in Workday and entire employee life cycle admin process
  • Onboarding training plans for new hires, parental returns
  • Coordinating leaver processes (exit checklists, exit contracts, Workday registration….etc) Coordinating pension and insurance contributions
  • Coordinating all other social benefits
  • Responsible for HR data archiving and digital filing

Reporting

  • Crafting reports (ad hoc and standard ones) for different business needs: working hours, holiday consumption, holiday accruals, reward data, addresses, MRP
  • Support in annual RPD process cycle, remuneration details, CBA calculations, etc.
  • Delivering Data input for AZ benchmark studies (Towers Watson) and local benchmarking (InfoPlus)

Capability Development

  • Labour Law Skills
  • Projects Expertise (Diversity & Inclusion Project, Sustainability Project)

Must haves:

  • University graduate or FH degree in human resources, business management, or any equivalent BS degree in human resources or payroll admin management
  • At least 3-5 years proven work experience in a similar role in multinational matrix company and previous industry sector
  • Analytical business and audit reporting skills
  • Detailed knowledge of labour legislation, HR best practices
  • Commercial awareness
  • Detailed process approach
  • Proficient MS Office
  • Excellent command in English and German (written and spoken)

  • Workday knowledge desirable
  • Maintains confidentiality at all times
  • Displays high levels of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, meticulous, attention to detail
