Your tasks:

• Management of the residential property service
• Dealing with landlords and estate agents in the Austrian market
• Dealing with customers and providing home search
• Searching new accomodations, negotiating leases and handling tenancy agreements
• Maintenance and management of existing accomodations and properties
• Ensuring statutory compliance and that all aspects of health and safety standards are covered

Your qualification:

• Previous professional experience in the Austrian market in a similar role
• Fluent speaker in both English (C1) and German - written and oral
• Previous experience working with housing administration
• Holder of a full and valid driving licence
• Flexible, high customer orientation, responsible, practical, dynamic, multitasking, solution-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to remain calm under pressure and to communicate at all levels
• Culturally sensitive, positive mindset, pursuing high quality standards at all time, can-do attitude, proactive approach

Salary:

Gross monthly salary from at least EUR 2.454,30 (willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications).
