Your Perspective:

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the entire marketing process at EXIAS Medical. You will work closely with the sales and product management responsibles. With your high degree of creativity and hands-on mentality, you will contribute valuably to the sales success of our innovative medical products.

Your Tasks

Strategic Marketing and Communication:

• Responsible for corporate marketing and communication efforts at EXIAS.
• Drive, develop and implement global marketing strategies spanning both online and offline platforms in collaboration with the sales team.

Marketing Plan and Budgeting:

• Determine annual marketing activities and budgets in collaboration with sales and management.

Event Management and Coordination:

• Coordinate, plan, execute, and evaluate international events, including global & regional sales meetings and trade show appearances.

Content Marketing:

• Oversee content marketing, including planning, development, and monitoring across social media, the website and newsletters.

Marketing Material:

• Design and procurement of marketing documents, advertising materials, and merchandising items.

Online Performance Optimization:

• Plan and execute online performance campaigns, emphasizing areas like SEA/SEO
• Monitor online marketing KPIs through tools like Google Analytics, and proactively implement improvements for enhanced performance.

External Partnerships and Agencies:

• Manage relationships with external service providers and agencies, focusing on advertising materials and digital marketing.

Your Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of marketing or communications
• Min. 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing management
• Confident handling of common tools such as Wordpress, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite (InDesign) and MS Office as well as campaign management tools
• Strong event management skills
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Accurate, result- and solution-oriented way of working
• Constant curiosity to learn new things, ability to implement quickly and openness to new initiatives
• Interest in technical and scientific fields
• A dedicated, enthusiastic and positive personality who can maintain an overview even in stressful situations and proves to be a true team player

For the advertised position, a gross monthly salary (based on full-time) of at least EUR 3,000.00 is planned; overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
