In this role, you'll mainly support our business colleagues in the Global Procurement Team along their applications ARIBA and Icertis. You'll also contribute to our projects success as expert on demand, manage and coordinate ongoing enhancement in the Procurement area as well as take care of testing and documentation of ongoing improvements and incidents.

In addition, you'll work as a process and system specialist for our procurement system solutions (Ariba, CLM). To sum it up, you'll support our Operations business departments to ensure proactive support for requests and incidents, proper technical documentation, and coordination for small-sized projects and system enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

BUSINESS SUPPORT

You'll be responsible for supporting our Global Procurement Team and other stakeholders in Operations with their system solutions (especially SAP ARIBA and Icertis). This includes being the first touch point for the application end-users as well as processing tickets (1st and 2nd level support) and follow-up on resolution status with system key users. Furthermore, you'll also fix defects, fulfill requests, find solutions, and eliminate errors by finding solutions.

The documentation of technical solutions is also part of the role to prevent recurring incidents.

Finally, you'll also ensure collaboration with operational teams, data owners, process owners and Key Users. Keep all relevant stakeholder up-to date on functionalities, processes, and documentation.

TESTING & DOCUMENTATION

You'll support the departments with the system upgrade test, with the tests of new developments and finally roll-outs to our Subsidiaries. To do so, you'll help with the creation of system documentation to help users work independently as well as also supporting system training.

To do so, you'll enrich user documentation by relevant technical details and create technical system documentation to help users and support system trainings

ENHANCEMENTS

You'll pick up business requirements to further develop the systems and processes of core users and business stakeholders. This includes requirements collection and alignment with relevant stakeholders, analysis of the requirement and impact, prioritisation together with relevant stakeholders, documentation, and test coordination. Finally, you'll translate the detailed business requirements into IT language and add required technical details.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in the SAP Supply chain area and Ariba
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and or MDG-M beneficial
  • Experience in business application support is beneficial
  • Fluent command (3+ years) of Excel and SAP ERP (SD / MM).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and (e.g.: JIRA, Confluence, ITSM, ARIS) best practices in data governance.
  • Motivation to work in a team environment with the ability to communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
  • Solution-focused mindset and strong problem-solving thinking to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Fluent in English, German skills beneficial
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
