Learning & Development Administrator with focus on LMS/EPM (f/m/d)

with relevant work experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team who will be primarily acting as Admin for our L&D tool called Cornerstone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Performance Management tools. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our LMS, supporting and continuously improving performance management processes, and reporting on different L&D metrics.

YOUR TASKS

• Support with the administration of different modules of HR software (Cornerstone Learning Management System, Performance Management, and Succession Planning) at group level.
• Maintain and update LMS content, user accounts, and system configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues. Monitor and analyze LMS usage and performance metrics.
• Support Performance Management processes: Administer performance management tool and system, assist in the development and implementation of performance management policies and procedures, provide training and support to employees and managers in their adoption, adaptation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide both regular and ad hoc reports on the status of training completions, L&D budget, effectiveness, and other L&D metrics.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, IT or Technology, Organizational development, Psychology or Human resources
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Admin of an HR Software, ideally LMS and Performance Management tools (Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Saba and similar)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to create engaging and effective training materials and presentations.
• Knowledge of Confluence on Cloud and ability to create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, and pages to support project documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Experience with Power BI and Data Analysis (Python, SQL, R, SAS VA, IBM SPSS) or AZ-900 Microsoft Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in English both written & verbal, German is a plus but not necessary.
