As an HR Technology Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to drive the adoption of emerging technologies. Your expertise will empower us to create a seamless employee journey, optimize data-driven decision-making, and stay ahead of industry trends.

What to do

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR technology, aligning it with business objectives and future needs
• Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
• Champion the integration of AI solutions into HR processes, from recruitment to performance management
• Enhance the employee experience by ensuring intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across all HR systems
• Collaborate with vendors to optimize existing solutions and explore new partnerships, active stakeholder management
• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data within an organization

You check these boxes

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience in HR technology implementation and optimization
• Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and data quality, data analytics would be a plus
• Experience with data quality tools and data profiling is essential
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48.323,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
