As a Product Manager you define the "why, when and what" of Casino Games. In this role you will become the expert of our product portfolio. Your day-to-day business will vary from monitoring and managing our testbank program to creating product roadmaps. Due to your open mind within the business and industry you recognize new trends immediately and share them with the team. Handling several projects at the same time is something you enjoy. As a communicative person you are a team-player and build up relationships to partners and customers from different cultural backgrounds easily.

Responsibilities:

• Laying out a differentiated and unique product vision
• Setting the strategy, roadmap and feature definition of a product or product line
• Guiding the success of a product through its life cycle
• Providing deep product expertise
• Monitoring and defining actions on product penetration and performance
• Partner on new product launches with PMM and Sales
• Leading a cross-functional team that improves our products

Qualifications:

• Strategic thinking and being a team player
• Product Management background
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)
• Handling and managing multiple responsibilities and projects at the same time
• Strong interpersonal and self-leadership skills
• Willingness to travel (ca. 10 %, 1 week per quarter)
• Understanding of software development processes
• Experience in EMEA casino markets are considered an asset

Salary:

According to Austrian law we are obligated to list the minimum salary for this position. The minimum salary according to our collective agreement starts at EUR 59.015,46 gross per year, however actual compensation is negotiable and will be based on your qualifications and experience.
