MONEY MAKER - International Sales Internship in the MONEY MAKER Academy

We are open for applications for the JACK & JONES MONEY MAKER ACADEMY. The Money Maker Academy is an intense talent development programme packed with personal development, sales training and finally plenty of opportunities to show your sales skills in actual selling situations at both the headquarter and in Vienna.

Our next team will start the 1st of November 2024.

ASPIRING TO BE THE BEST IN ALL ASPECTS
You become part of the JACK & JONES MONEY MAKERS - our international call center based at our headquarters in Denmark. Alongside other talents, each representing their market, you will be trained not only in sales techniques, but also in personal development. We aim at developing the best salespeople in our business, focusing also on the human aspect.

As a team, we maintain a close relationship with our customers across the world through ongoing dialogue and guidance to ensure the bestselling styles in all stores. You will be working closely with your local team, specialist from headquarter and a dedicated sales coach, who are excited for you to join them and ready to help you get off to a great start.

COMBINING EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL WORK
You will be growing your skills through a 360 degrees approach, covering everything from phone selling, digital selling, product knowledge and sales strategies to personal development.

Your practical work is focused on maintaining a close partnership with your market. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are serviced at the highest possible level, so your market's customers are stocked 24/7 with the latest best performers and top 10 trend styles. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Ongoing phone dialogue with our customers and sales team regarding their product package and performance on sales out of stores
• Discovering new ways of creating both nearness to customers and turnover through digital approaches
• Securing that all your allocated customers have the best performing styles in store and are stocked up with the correct quantity and sizes that match their sales
• Weekly live meeting with local team in terms of product focus, sales strategy, and product performance
• Participating in and planning extraordinary call days approximately once a month
• Presentation on wishlists / product lists to customers
• Travelling to your home country to visit the showroom and meet customers
• Creating videos in collaboration with our digital team.

When you graduate from the academy after 6 months, you will be ready to bring your talent back to your market and spread the MONEY MAKER mentality globally!

TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL MONEY MAKER, YOU:

• Have good knowledge of written and spoken English and German language. Any other Eastern European language, especially Polish, is an advantage.
• Enjoy presenting/speaking in public or want to learn it
• Have a strong, outgoing sales profile - preferably with a background within the fashion industry, through which you have developed solid product knowledge - and you are ready to be stationed in Denmark for 6 months
• Know how to organize and plan your time or want to learn it
• Have a desire to socialize with your MONEY MAKER team as well as colleagues across our international business
• Are independent and thrive in a role where initiative is essential to your success
• Have an energetic and result-oriented personality combined with a strong sense for good business
• Aim for the stars with a humble and loyal attitude
