HR Business Partner Commercial AT (m/f/d)

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
  • Partner with the MD Austria and the management team to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and business plan, providing strategic guidance
  • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
  • Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
  • `Consult on overhead management

Mandatory information in Austria: The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement Handwerk und Gewerbe für Angestellte. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 77.300,-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We're willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
