CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE B2B (F/M/X)

For our European Headquarter in Innsbruck we are currently looking for a well-organized and dedicated CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE B2B (F/M/X).

During the onboarding and initial months this position offers a weekly working time of 30 - 35 hours, starting mid September 2024 with the option to become fulltime (38,5 hours) from January 1, 2025. Join our Sales Operations Team and become the essential link in delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will be part of a team of six that handle the customer support and operational order management for our European retailers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and contributing significantly to our business success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional and competent after sales service to our wholesale customer base
  • Identify and proactively handle customers' needs to guarantee excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers' inquiries providing appropriate solutions to ensure proper handling of orders and on-time delivery
  • Support the internal sales team and our sales agents in the daily interactions with our retailers regarding among others: orderbooks, masterdata, B2B portal guidance, account status updates.
  • Build long lasting and mutually successful relationships with our customers
  • Smoothly code-switch between languages and business cultures when interacting with customers and stakeholders from all over Europe, both on the phone and by email.

WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU

  • Fluent in English and German, any further European language is a plus
  • Proactivity and good communication skills
  • Service-oriented, problem-solving personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
  • Reliability and detail-oriented way of working
  • Good knowledge of Excel & Outlook, and preferably but not necessarily experience of working with ERP programs
  • Experience in a customer service or comparable position
  • Familiarity with the sports/outdoor industry is appreciated but not mandatory

Our salary package for this position is based on common market salaries, your qualifications as well as your professional experience. We will define the final salary in a mutual interview.
