Senior Consultant - Strategy (m/f/x)

Working hours: Full-time

BILLA Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of REWE International AG and manages the REWE supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and Czechia with more than 820 stores and over 21.000 employees. As a member of our Strategy BILLA CEE team, you will make a key contribution to the success of our international business by establishing standardized approaches, managing strategic project and coaching BILLA CEE countries.

What you will work on

• In this challenging role, you will independently manage cross-border projects and act as an interface with portfolio managers in each region.
• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering implementation projects.
• You will be the central point of contact for project management standards and will actively optimize the methodologies and standards used.
• You will work with portfolio managers to ensure transparency, timeliness and quality standards in project delivery.
• You will develop best practices and train new project managers.

What we are looking for

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable university degree and several years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or a strategy department in a corporate environment, as well as experience in project and strategy management.
• Certifications in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMP, etc.) are an advantage and enhance your strong profile.
• You are a strong communicator with a good balance of confidence and independence.
• You have a passion for project management methodology and bringing it to life
• Assertiveness, negotiation, conflict and problem solving skills are as much a part of the role as excellent presentation skills, integrity and discretion.
• We require very good English and MS Office skills and a willingness to travel.
