Senior Expert People Development - Talent Management (f/m/d)

Our client OMV is seeking a Senior Expert People Development - Talent Management to drive the definition and implementation of integrated global talent processes to meet the leadership and capability needs of the current and future organization.

As one of Austria's largest listed industrial companies and a global energy and chemicals group, OMV is working on answers to address the challenges of climate change. The agenda is to become a leading supplier of sustainable fuels, chemicals and materials with a focus on circular economy solutions by 2030, and to be climate neutral by 2050 at the latest. This is the mission of its approximately 22,300 employees. To support this transformation OMV is seeking a Senior Expert People Development - Talent Management to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the talent management process, including talent identification, succession planning, leadership assessments, and mentoring
  • Ensuring smooth development and implementation of talent management concepts by engaging the right stakeholders and employing an effective communication strategy
  • Promoting cross-divisional and functional collaboration to identify and implement best practices
  • Developing the integrated talent management framework by fostering a feedback and development culture, as well as career development and mobility opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting concrete concepts for alignment and decision-making
  • Assessing talent management trends and incorporating leading practices into the talent management framework for continuous improvement
  • Deriving appropriate actions to promote organizational health in line with OMV's diversity and sustainability goals
  • Designing and facilitating internal workshops and training sessions and acting as a trainer for development interventions within the company

Requirements

  • University degree (Master/Diplom) in Human Resources, Business Management or Social Sciences
  • More than 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Extensive talent management experience with a strong change management ability and stakeholder management affinity
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner role or a strong business acumen of advantage
  • Strong skills in integrated thinking, designing and implementing concepts, and end-to-end processes
  • Proficiency in defining and proposing concepts in PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office & MySF and in dashboard development

Depending on skills and specific experience, overpayment is possible.
