Job description

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the development of system-level Signal & Power Integrity simulations to improve the early-stage predictability of Analog Mixed-signal IP within the final application.
• Contribute to circuit design solutions & system definition by performing EM modelling, parametrization & simulations of complete system.
• Perform simulations vs measurements correlation to improve the accuracy of developed models enabling design space exploration & optimization.
• Pro-actively interact with design, layout and application engineers to identify, understand and mitigate potential SI & PI issues during early design stage.

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master´s degree/PhD degree in electronics with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in EM modeling and system-level simulation.
• Experience of working with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. Ansys EM Suite, Keysight ADS, Cadence Sigrity) & circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
• Solid background in High-Speed Interfaces simulations & performance analysis (Knowledge of thermal modelling & simulation is a plus)
• Experience with Python programming & MATLAB.
• A self-responsible working style and thrive best in a team.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
