Engineer Lubrication & Coolant Development (m/f/d)
This position is for a well recognized expert responsible for the development of lubricants and coolants for Innio gas engines. In this role you will have the opportunity to execute in depth technical development work, collaborate with different departments, suppliers and customers as well as partner with external companies to foster technical capabilities for our product range expanding into future applications.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead major development programs for new lubricants and coolants
- Align project portfolio with key stakeholder and customer organizations
- Guide and lead team members working in the same area within yur team as well as other teams such as validation, service, mechanical development, etc.
- Apply deep domain expertise in all development activities
- Drive development standards for lubrication and coolant development such as Design Practices, FMEA's, etc.)
- Lead Reliability projects, Issue resolution activities as well as root cause analysis
- Drive data driven decision making and documentation within your domain
Your Profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or similar specialization
- Essential experience in the development of lubricants & reciprocating engines
- Extensive experience in components inspections and investigations
- Convincing oral and written communication skills of detailed technical themes across a wide range of audiences in English. German proficiency is an additional significant advantage
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
