Quality Manager (f/m/d)

Your Mission:

As our Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the DINAPE platform to new heights of excellence. Your mission is to implement and maintain top-notch quality standards, ensure compliance with guidelines, and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to keep quality initiatives on track and uphold our commitment to outstanding performance and reliability.

What You Will Do:

  • Standards Management: Act as the central contact for all quality standards (e.g. PCI DSS, GDPR), monitor compliance with relevant national and international quality standards and regulations, and maintain an effective compliance strategy.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Coordinate with internal and external experts to ensure quality requirements are met and facilitate smooth information exchange.
  • Quality Management Processes: Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems, identify process optimization opportunities, and maintain QM documentation.
  • Auditing and Inspection: Support internal audits and coordinate external inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement programs.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in quality management are a plus.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of current quality standards and systems, with a solid understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Teamwork: Proven capability to work efficiently with various stakeholders, facilitating smooth and productive interactions.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Personal Traits: High intrinsic motivation and assertiveness.
  • Passion for Quality: Enthusiasm for maintaining and enhancing high-quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English is required; German is desirable.

Legally, we must disclose the gross annual salary based on the collective agreement, which is approximately EUR 50.000, - (for a full-time position of 38,5 hours per week). We are open to offering more than the starting salary based on your expertise and skills.
