As part of the Technical Support Team you will work with Rapid Test Methods (eg. ELISA, LFDs) for the analysis of mycotoxins, allergens, GMOs and microbial contamination in food and feed. You can use your creativity to modify existing methods and find customized solutions to satisfy our customers.

Complaint management and trainings for colleagues are also on your daily agenda.

Laboratory Technician- Application and Complaint Management (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities

  • Finding technical solutions for customer-specific product inquiries
  • Handling of complaints and appropriate documentation in database
  • Supporting the sales team with technical background information
  • Conducting trainings for new colleagues, customers and distributors
  • Provide internal support for troubleshooting and improvements of products

  • We offer you an income based on your qualifications and market conditions, with a annual gross salary of EUR34.500 on fulltime basis.
  • Type of employment: Full time for 38,5 hours / week

You bring

  • Scientific education in natural sciences, like food and biotechnology, chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, or a related field
  • Practical experience in a laboratory
  • Solution orientated attitude, analytical mindset, innovative thinking and creativity
  • Strong communication skills across different cultures and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in written and oral English, German would be a plus
