Job Description

Join our dynamic team at the Business Intelligence Center, where we drive innovation and excellence in data analytics and business intelligence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Business Intelligence Centre in Salzburg or Vienna. In this role, you will lead the team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality insights and solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and leadership. As a Team Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, manage a team of internal and external developers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will have a strong understanding of BI tools and technologies, experience with Power BI and Microsoft Azure, and a passion for data analysis and problem-solving.

Your tasks will be to:

• Lead and manage a team of business intelligence technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Oversee the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and quality standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business intelligence needs and opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a relevant field such as business informatics, informatics, finance or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Azure and/or Fabric, or other Business Intelligence Tools
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
