SAP S/4HANA FI Business Analyst (f/m/x)

In Agile Delivery Accounting & HR, our "Finance Operations & Innovation" Tribe expands and enhances the accounting and payroll platforms according to the strategic finance roadmap.

As an agile tribe, we work with state-of-the-art technologies in an accounting and payroll environment (e.g., SAP S/4HANA for general ledger accounting, SAP Employee Central Payroll).

The "Finance Operations & Innovation" Tribe is the partner for financial data, analytics, and operational processes within the group and other financial tribes. Together with our business colleagues, we ensure the operation and end-to-end IT delivery chain.

Your Role at RBI

  • Act as a key liaison between the IT and Finance departments, using S/4HANA to support our banking and financial strategies.
  • Translate intricate finance requirements into effective SAP system configurations and solutions.
  • Drive the continuous enhancement of our SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring it aligns with changing banking regulations and business needs.
  • Facilitate and manage the end-to-end process changes in the SAP system for finance and banking modules.
  • Deliver high-quality support, training, and documentation to users across the organization, promoting best practices.
  • Keep abreast of the latest SAP updates and banking industry trends to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.

Your core competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance, with a solid understanding of financial systems and banking operations.
  • Expierenced in configuring and managing SAP S/4HANA with a focus on financial applications in banking or large corporation settings.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and system optimization in the SAP area.
  • Sound analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills with the talent to communicate technical concepts to peers and stakeholders.
  • Current with industry trends in finance and SAP solution landscapes.

Nice to have

  • Experience working as part of an agile organisation.
  • German would be considered an advantage.
