Marketing Lead (m/f/d)

regional expanding group B2C

Together with your small team in the region you are responsible for marketing strategy and implementation. You cover locations in the DACH and EE region.

Strategic and operational leader

• Direct report to the Regional Manager and dotted line to Marketing in HQ.
• Responsible for developing and driving the marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales profit and market share targets.
• Leading a small, young and dedicated marketing team reporting directly to you.
• Analyze local market activities and trends to foster strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Manage the marketing budget, oversee promotional activities for both existing and new B2C activities and spearhead any new marketing or commercial initiatives.

Marketing generalist with international mindset

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2C environment (experience in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Medial Devices, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition or similar industries preferred).
• Experience in an international setting in a group environment.
• Proven leadership experience (project based and /or disciplinary).
• Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Expertise in traditional and digital marketing methods.
• Experience as a sparring partner and support function for other departments, e.g. Human Resources.
• Fluency in English and German is required. Any additional language, especially an Eastern European language is preferred.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary package: EUR 90.000,- gross p.a. depending on experience and qualifications
