What to do:

• Support the maintenance and development of a complex securities trading platform
• Connect the business department and software development
• Analyze and specify business requirements
• Support the testing team during preparation and execution of test cases
• Support applications during operations
• Reconcile changes with the stakeholders
• Document the processes

You check these boxes:

• Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH)
• Strong requirements management & engineering skills (inclusive cost, effort estimation) with experience in solution and data modelling
• Proven experience in workflow analysis & design (As-Is & To-Be process design)
• Experience in securities trading and banking industry is an advantage
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities, with a talent for recognizing the connections and priorities in complex systems
• Capacity to work effectively as both a team player and independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback, are essential for effective collaboration across teams
