Job description

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the development of power semiconductor products for high voltage E-mobility applications
• Design discrete products like IGBT or SiC MOSFET electrically, mechanically and thermally
• Contribute to the definition of our new products through requirements gathering and specification tailoring
• Help tailor characterization plans and products datasheets
• Participate and drive risk assessments and FMEAs

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree (Master/PhD) in Physics, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
• 4+ years of technical working experience in semiconductor industry
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics and power devices, ideally within the semiconductor market and with MOS devices, Diodes, IGBTs
• Knowledge in package development as well as FE/BE interaction (as an advantage)
• An innovative mindset and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders to find the optimal technical solution
• Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
