On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Director of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary team at a prestigious resort in Punta Skala. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, maximise revenue, and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring continuous training and development.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to create innovative menus and beverage programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role, ideally within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, customer preferences, and industry standards.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
