We are currently supporting a leading industrial company that sells its innovative products globally. Our client, a market leader in its sector, is looking for a

Legal Counsel (f/m/d)

to strengthen its growing production site in the central region of Upper Austria.

The annual gross salary for this exciting role is at least EUR 65,000. There is a willingness to overpay depending on previous experience and training.

The tasks

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating several different contracts
• Supervision of legal proceedings
• Advise and support of other departments and subsidiaries concerning legal issues
• Cooperation with external business partners and authorities
• Support of the strategic development of the legal department
• Management of company investments
• Organization and conduct of internal company training courses

The profile

• Completed studies in law
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal department of an (international) company or a law firm
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Motivated, committed, and confident team player
• Integrity and willingness to learn
• Solution-oriented, structured, and conscientious way of working
