Translation Project Manager (f/m/x)

You have experience in Translation Project Management and are eager to join the marketing team at Anton Paar, a world-leading manufacturer of precision measuring instruments. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient, quality-assured, and cost-optimized management of translation projects, using the available software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple translation and localization projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate with translators, editors, and other linguists to ensure accurate and high-quality translations
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure that all translations meet the required specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical editors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage terminology, including the creation and maintenance of glossaries, and the upkeep of translation memories to ensure consistency across projects
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:

• Degree in Translation Studies
• Relevant professional experience (1-3 years)
• English and German at least at C1 level, other languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of common TMS software
• Knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker and/or CMS Schema ST4 and/or project management tools is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Sound knowledge of project management
• Experience in working with (translation) agencies

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): EUR3,100.00 to EUR3,500.00.
