Program Manager (m/f/d) - Jenbacher Type 6 Engine Platform

This position in the product line team is key in driving and coordinating cross-functional programs aiming at offering a competitive product portfolio meeting current and future market needs. The Program Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for overall cross functional New Product Introduction (=NPI) execution meeting the defined product requirements, serialization, and coordinates across all involved functions (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Sales and Service). Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for NPI cross functional execution and serialization e.g., Engineering, Operations, Services and Sourcing
• Define and execute programs based on agreed Multi Generation Product Plan
• Own overall NPI project execution plan e.g., time, budget, product requirement fulfillment
• Own risk categorization, scope management and escalation
• Set cost targets for NPIs and design changes, monitor development through project execution
• Participate in Approval Boards for Change Control
• Solve technical and/or business challenges and provide guidance and direction for internal stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Technical Degree as Bachelor / Apprenticeship or higher technical school (e.g., HTL) is required
• Experience in project management/expert role in relevant industry (e.g., combustion engines, power generation or oil & gas segment)
• Demonstrated success in managing/coordinating diverse, cross-functional, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Work experience in supply chain, engineering, product line, project management is advantageous
• Desired experience in value stream analysis for industrial system components, as well as familiarity with design and cost modeling tools
• Knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher Gas Engines products, network, businesses, initiatives, and programs is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, German skills are a plus

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
