IT Delivery Manager - Cards Management (f/m/x)
Your mission at RBI
- Create value for our clients in close cooperation with business teams, linking the purpose of the tribe to RBI's strategic priorities.
- Take full responsibility for the entire end-to-end IT-Delivery chain for the card issuing business systems.
- Serve as the conceptual mastermind behind agile teams and tribes, aligning their purpose with the strategic priorities of the bank.
- Set up, run, and continuously improve agile working environments in close collaboration with business teams, ensuring innovation and effective operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive effective product delivery, support engineering efforts, and ensure the timely launch of high-quality solutions.
- Foster an environment that supports skill development, enabling teams and individuals to achieve success.
- Drive technology renewal and leverage technological opportunities to enhance product value.
Your core competencies
- Exceptional leadership abilities, team player mentality, demonstrated agile leadership competencies, and the capacity to lead a diverse group in a unified direction.
- Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives with measurable impacts on innovation, skill development, employee engagement, and technology renewal.
- Hands-on experience in service respectively application management and/ or software development
- Ability to apply agile methodologies and foster a strong engineering culture
- In tune with developments and trends in banking products and services / digital banking
- Ability to harness the potential of cloud technology, real-time patterns, and automation based on DevOps principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to listen.
