Product Lead (f/m/x) for Cash Management International Plus

We are looking for a passionate, innovative and experienced Product Lead who feel at home in the digital world and leads the cross functional and highly skilled API team in CMIPlus. You will further develop our anchor product "CMIplus" and our group-wide real-time payment hub with our new offered OpenAPI-channel which serves more than thousand multi-national customers.

Your mission at RBI

  • Act as Product Lead on behalf of the Product Owner to create the vision/goals and lead the API/ EBAM/ Custom Implementation team in CMIplus
  • Have full responsibility for creating, prioritizing and refining the backlog for the team
  • Drive the continuous agile transformation in cooperation with the Scrum Master
  • Ensure effective and sufficient stakeholder management with regards to identification of goals, needs and expectation management
  • Assume responsibility for customer facing product development and operation as well as identification of growth opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the product
  • Work tightly with the team, Scrum Master and stakeholders to foster a good, efficient and collaborative team atmosphere

Your core competencies

  • Work experience in an agile environment and software proficiency in Jira & Confluence
  • Experience in lateral or direct leadership which resulted in measurable impact related to
  • innovation, skill development, employee enablement or engagement
  • Affinity for IT/Engineering to understand and prioritize technical requirements and tasks
  • Practical experience in product development/product management
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to embrace new challenges within the agile team to deliver best customer services
  • Fluent in English to collaborate with non-technical and technical stakeholders in the CEE region

Nice to have

  • Work experience as a Product Owner in agile projects or agile product stream
  • Experiences in direct customer contact, especially around customer onboarding
  • Knowledge of AWS and APIs
  • Experience in the Banking and Payments area
  • German or CEE languages
