Group Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) function has been established to enable an increased focus on holistic risk management and provide comprehensive, cross-risk oversight to further enhance group-wide risk portfolio steering.Group & AT Risk Costs is part of the Group Enterprise-wide Risk Management and the main tasks are management of Risk Costs in the IFRS9 framework and provision of an adequate calculation guidance/infrastructure.

Your Tasks

• Analysis and validation of adequate calculation of group/AT Risk Costs according to IFRS9 regulations
• Support Risk Cost control function within Erste Group
• Participation in various projects
• Support in different ad-hoc requests

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in mathematics, statistics or economics
• Attention to detail and interest in working with data and IT related issues
• Advanced IT knowledge including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL and Python
• Ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds
• Team player with hands-on approach, willingness to learn and good communication skills
