Non-Bank Financial Institutions is responsible to service institutional clients such as e.g. insurance companies, asset managers, brokers, pension funds for all banking services. In particular financing, treasury solutions, brokerage, custody and depository services.

Your Tasks

• Support the onboarding process for brokers, asset management and insurance companies in collaboration with the KYC team
• Assist the relationship managers in individual customer requests, such as evaluations
• Support in adhering to KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance requirements
• Get to know the working methods of an international bank and familiarize yourself with the product range in the Global Markets area
• Process customer complaints (standing orders, appointment notices) and securities transactions

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences in the field of business administration or similar
• High level of commitment and flexibility regarding changing tasks and areas of application
• Convincing appearance, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills in German and English
