Job description

In your new role you will:

• Provide comprehensive support to our Digital Content team in administrative and project-related tasks, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital content management initiatives
• Assist in the collection, clean-up and visualization of content-related data from various sources, incl. internal databases and excel sheets
• Support the coordination, curation and review of highly important content assets (such as product catalogues), with regard to our branding and writing guidelines
• Support communication and promotion activities to promote our content assets across different channels; this includes the creation of newsletters, blog posts, emails, as well as visuals and banners

Profile

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a highly motivated, reliable and solution-oriented student from the field of Media & Communications, Marketing, International Business Management/Business Administration or similar. With your structured working style, you are able to master multiple tasks at the same time to ensure project deadlines are met. You are a great fit for this position, if you additionally offer:

• Foundational skills in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign) and Atlassian software (Jira & Confluence)
• Experience in content creation, marketing communications as well as project management
• Creativity, adaptability and an eye for detail
• First experience in proof-reading and quality gating of documents according to provided guidelines
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
