Assistant (f/m/x) to Group Head of CIB Client Lifecycle Management (30-38,5h/week)
Your mission at RBI
- Manage the fully booked calendar of the Division Head independently and diligently.
- Support the entire Division in organization matters, including the planning of meetings and events.
- Prepare data and documents (e.g. documents required for SB-function) on request of Division Head in high quality and on time.
- Control cost budget on a regular basis and process incoming invoices.
- Act as an effective communication interface to the respective internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the teams´ and the Division Heads´ business trips, including bookings and financial settlements.
- Maintain the relevant systems used in RBI (e.g., Sharepoint, Webdesk, Orbit).
Your core competencies
- Completed (commercial) education or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Good organizational skills, structured way of working and the ability to handle tasks independently
- Highly motivated, service oriented and reliable
- Stress resistance and ability to work efficiently even in hectic times
- Proficient in English and German
- MS office skills
