Assist IT Manager

Minimum Qualification : Graduate (computer science, information technology, electric engineering or any other relevant field).

Salary : from EUR 2806.09 monthly (Negotiable)

Job Description:

• Provide First-Line daily IT support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal staff.
• Manage the IT assets, including hardware and software full life-cycle management, inventory management, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and stability of systems and devices.
• Handle technical incidents, prioritizing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain network and information security, ensure that the devices and network systems are protected.
• Support the implementation of IT projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and external support teams to ensure timely maintenance of IT assets.
• Assist with business continuity planning.
• Install and conduct testing of the systems to ensure their normal operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head of department.

Skills and Competencies required :

• Must be fluent in English. Mandarin and German will be advantage. (Speak and Read)
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles; experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, and common office hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to different environments.
• Basic IT project management experience is an advantage.
• Certification as IT Technical will be advantage( e.g. CISCO CCNP or HUAWEI HCNP, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
