Your Perspective:

In this exciting position, you will be integrated into our dynamic marketing and sales team. You will not only act as an interface between marketing and sales, but also between the areas of order processing, quality management, support and management.

With your organisational talent and conscientious way of working, you will master a wide range of tasks and ensure that administrative activities run smoothly.

Your Tasks

in the area of marketing:

• You prepare presentation documents and agendas in compliance with our
  corporate design
• You support our online marketing (website, Google Ads, etc.) with your
  creative ideas
• You will use your expertise to help with the further development of EXIAS'
  social media presence
• You support our sales and marketing team when travelling and at events
• You organize the ordering dispatch of marketing and trade fair material
  and manage the inventory

in the area of sales:

• With your organisational talent, you act as an interface between marketing
  and sales, customer care/support, quality management and management
• You create reports, forecasts and draft contracts
• Maintain and update our marketing and sales documents
• You administer our customer database and price lists in the ERP (we work
  with proAlpha)
• You support the implementation and maintenance of a CRM system

Your qualifications

• You have very good communication skills in German and English - written
  and spoken
• You work accurately and self-organised
• Ideally, you have a degree in marketing or sales-related fields
• Politeness and professional manners are of course a matter for you
• Very high service orientation with a supportive way of working
• You are enthusiastic about digital marketing & social media

The advertised position is initially part-time (20h/week), with the option to increase the number of hours in the future.

A gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,373.95 (basis: full-time) in accordance with the collective agreement is envisaged for the advertised position; overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
