Project Manager (f/m/d)
Are you a professional in project management, capable of leading projects to success in challenging environments? If so, we offer you a unique opportunity in our Program and Project Management department.
As Project Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing ERP rollout projects to transform PALFINGER's business processes and data landscape. This includes the rollout of a standardized process and data template based on SAP S/4 HANA.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume the role of Project Manager (f/m/d) for PALFINGER's implementation and rollout projects
- Coordinate work packages within projects
- Conduct professional project planning, control, and reporting
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary and international project teams
- Coordinate employees from various units and divisions, as well as external partners, within the context of projects
- Oversee project closure and handover to regular support and local business entities
- Further develop project management and rollout methods, standards, and tools used at PALFINGER
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of professional experience in managing projects within a corporate group our comparable organizations
- A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Profound knowledge of common project management methods and tools (both classic and agile)
- Experience in leading international teams and managing external partners
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial
- A structured, independent, solution- and goal-oriented approach to work, along with good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a team
- Business fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
