Enterprise Content Management & Processes Department is looking for experienced support for the Document Management Team!

What to do:

• Liaise with business experts to gather and document business requirements for customer account, legal, and compliance products.
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and data for optimization opportunities.
• Supporting in in the resolution of operations incidents.
• Collaborating with Business Users and developers across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects.
• Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape.

Tech stack used in daily business:

Frontend: Typescript, Angular 

Backend: Tomcat, Java 8 - Java 17 (Java 21 to be used soon), Rest-MicroServices

Java Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate 

Java Libraries: Apache Commons, Jackson, SLF4J, Log4j 2, Junit, TestNG

Database: Oracle 

Other: Maven, Red Hat OpenShift (Docker, Kubernetes), Jenkins (pipelines/groovy), Dynatrace, Kafka, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus

You check these boxes:

• Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now.
• Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value.
• Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams.
• Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements.
• Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others.
• Good command of both English and German is required (B2 or C1 level).

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136,-- gross per year.
