Assistant (f/m/d*)

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the Global Operations Team in operational and organizational matters.
• Independent preparation of reports, presentations and documentation.
• Coordinating travel, meetings and events for executives and the management team.
• Create and optimize administrative processes for the newly established Global Operations division.
• Communication with internal and external partners at international level.
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information within the Global Operations Team region.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification.
• First work experience in a comparable assistant position, ideally on an international level is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; other languages are an advantage.
• Experienced handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team, discretion and a high degree of initiative.
