Embedded Software Engineer C++ (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and test embedded GNSS Onboard-Unit software and related tools.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and reusable code that is easy to maintain and extend.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate customer experiences and product features into platform capabilities.
• Participate in all stages of software development, from concept to deployment, ensuring robust and efficient software.

Your Profile:

• A technical degree (preferably a Master) in: e.g.: Systems engineering, software architecture, computer science, information technology or similar
• 3 years of professional experience with embedded SW development for time critical (RTOS) applications
• Expert skills in C++ is mandatory, IBM Rational Rhapsody is appreciated
• Application interface knowhow for communication protocols, especially GNSS, 3G/4G, LWM2M is appreciated
• Experience in writing testable code, automated unit tests, and automated test environments
• Proactive mindset, team player and good communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins and SVN is beneficial
• Experience with Kibana and Grafana is beneficial
• Business fluent in English is mandatory, German is optional
