In this role, you'll drive and optimize Red Bull's global music initiatives across social media and digital channels by leading strategy, enhancing distribution, and providing market insights using analytics to boost performance on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch.
In this role, you'll amplify Red Bull's music initiatives across social media platforms and digital channels by identifying, testing, and implementing the most effective distribution, activation, and optimization plans. Leading the global social media channel operation and strategy, you'll develop innovative ways to boost results in line with our global marketing vision. By staying ahead of social trends within and beyond the music industry, you'll uncover exciting opportunities for program growth and expansion.
With a data-driven approach, you'll understand the audience and their behaviour. You'll work closely with the analytics teams to translate insights into practical guidelines. Strategically, you'll translate the learnings from release plans into long-term strategies and educational resources and providing regular updates on audience development.
Your role will involve establishing a strong collaboration with Red Bull markets, considering and understanding their local needs. A key responsibility will be evaluating local strategies to boost best practice sharing and identify optimization potentials. By being in close touch with the markets, suitable music activations will be elevated for global release. Providing insightful guidance on social and digital plans related to music initiatives, you'll empower markets around the world. By building and rolling out impactful tools, you'll drive improved results on both national and regional levels.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
