At Red Bull, we are searching for a (Senior) Legal Counsel specializing in the handling of special projects, M&A activities and other strategic (international or local) legal topics.

You´ll serve as Legal Counsel and take over legal responsibility of strategic projects such as Red Bull's expansion projects and investments in an international context. This includes managing internal and external stakeholders providing expert legal advice and negotiating with external lawyers and partners.
In this role you´ll supervise, manage and negotiate international M&A activities independently. This includes aligning with various (internal and external) stakeholders, carrying out due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating term sheets and final transaction documents, and supporting the closing and integration processes after the deal's completion.
You´ll provide independent legal advice on and assistance with real estate and construction projects on a national and international scale. Responsibilities extend to liaising with internal stakeholders and negotiating with external partners and lawyers.
Additionally, you´ll contribute by giving general legal advice in the areas of general civil law, data privacy law, commercial law, and, ideally, competition law.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
