SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/X)

In your role as a Test- and Integration-Manager at Hitachi Rail you will contribute to design, integrate, test and deliver a safety critical product to ensure a highly available system with multiple redundant instances to guarantee a safe and frictionless travel of millions of train passengers. YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Responsibility for conception, planning and implementation of an end-to-end test and integration strategy with several subsystems (software, hardware, cloud environment and virtualization layer)
  • Definition and execution of complex end-to-end testing scenarios covering functional, integration, failover and performance tests
  • Coordination with the testing- and development teams of all relevant subsystems
  • Definition and creation of test plan, test-environment and Labor-system
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all testing milestones
  • Definition of HW- and SW integration-concept
  • Communicate status and critical issues clearly in a short and concise format
  • Assessing risks and identify possible improvements
  • Close team work with development, quality assurance, operations and project management as well as solution verification

YOUR PROFILE

WE OFFER

  • The salary for this position starts at EUR 70.000 gross p.a. Actual compensation is based on experience and qualification.
