We MICHAEL PAGE are excited to be partnered with a leading hotel group who are seeking a Cluster General Manager (f/m/d). The successful candidate will have strong experience within the world of hospitality and be experienced in leading a high performing team in a GM function of an international hotel brand.

Job Description

• Strategic and operational performance, leadership and responsibility for the overall organizational and business development of the hotel cluster at a mediterranean seafront location
• Implementation of the annual strategic goals
• Preparation of annual budget and forecast figures in cooperation with the departments
• Implementation of sales strategies and creation of revenue strategies
• Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of all employees
• Management of a team with approx. 300 employees
• Responsibility for the consistent orientation of all activities in the area of responsibility towards the achievement of the hotel goals
• Ensuring the economical use
• Creation of a feel-good atmosphere for guests and recognition of needs as a prerequisite for a high level of customer satisfaction
• Management, implementation and passing of the hotel group Brand Standard Audits
• Representation of the hotels on the global hospitality market, e.g. through participation in events, participation in tourism networks and other industry associations

The Successful Applicant

• Professional experience as a general manager in the international hotel industry
• Leadership experience in the hotel industry with the ability to motivate, inspire and promote
• Business knowledge, affinity for numbers and analytical way of thinking
• Very good language skills in English, other languages are an asset

What`s on Offer

An excellent work enviroment within a leading hotel group. The salary package depends on previous experiences gained and starts from 100.000 EUR base salary plus bonus and benefits.
