Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

• You will support the CEO and Board Members in planning and delivering projects and analyses.
• You will manage multiple complex and strategically important projects and priorities simultaneously.
• You will participate, lead, and strongly support groupwide projects initiated by the CEO or board members.
• You will prepare content and analytical documents for the CEO.
• You will analyze data supporting ideas, initiatives, and special projects, not limited to the market or industry environment.
• You will lead and motivate members of staff and fulfill ad-hoc requests for coordination and alignment.
• You will drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Our expectations for this exciting role

• You have at least 10 years of work experience in a similar position.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with key stakeholder management, including at Board of Management & Supervisory board level. You influence, as well as guide others in direct leadership.
• You know and apply project management tools and methodologies and you drive continuous improvement and implement best practices with an eye on follow-up.
• You are familiar with software tools and agile methodologies.
• You have experience in program and complex project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• You have experience in budgeting, financial management, risk management and mitigation as well as experience with change management and leading organizational transformations.
• You have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
• You have a Bachelor's degree / Master's in a related field (business, engineering) with a strong business sense and you combine a hands-on as well as strategic approach.

The yearly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 108.000,- with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
