The Global Student & Field Marketing Intern for Programs will bring valuable insights and personal experiences to enhance systems, tools, and processes, making them more appealing to the 18-24 age group.
You will gain a global perspective by supporting various countries in creating impactful plans that align with the overarching strategy to grow the user base. Additionally, you will assist markets in executing their plans with excellence. The role will expose you to different areas of the marketing mix, broadening your mindset and providing diverse knowledge and case studies to address various business needs.
Join us in January for a period of 6 months.
You will screen the markets based on key program indicators to identify areas for enhancement. You will also contribute to the quality of reporting and the highest level of data analysis to ensure efficiencies. Your tasks include coordinating documentation on SharePoint, ensuring content is continuously updated, and revamping the Best Practices section.
It's your chance to enrich the global initiatives being launched to uplevel and upskill the Student & Field Marketing team globally. You'll bring potential new solutions and insights that could provide business value in multiple areas, whether it's levelling the guidelines on internal systems, assisting with the development of training, or leading the creation of entirely new projects to surprise consumers globally.
In this exciting role, you'll support markets in various ongoing and new projects, as well as provide support by working with current platforms. You'll also work cross-functionally with multiple HQ areas to ensure full alignment. You'll communicate effectively with different stakeholders and program team members.
